The CR-V received a new direct-injected engine and continuously variable transmission, a new suite of safety and driver-assist features, upgraded exterior and interior styling, and a long list of new standard and available features. The 2.4-litre four-cylinder produces 185 horsepower and 181 pound-feet of torque and is mated to a continuously variable transmission.

Inside, CR-V features a configurable center console, new rear console heat/air ventilation ducts, and an available seven-inch touchscreen Display Audio telematics interface. For 2016, the Honda CR-V will offer Honda Sensing technology, which includes a suite of safety features like lane departure warning, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, and more.

The five-seat 2016 Equinox crossover receives updated styling, new wheel designs and new available safety features for 2016, as well as a color touchscreen radio and a standard rear-vision camera for entry-level models. All-wheel drive is offered on LS, LT and LTZ trims. The base engine is an Ecotec 2.4L direct-injected four-cylinder. Chevrolet MyLink is standard on the LT and LTZ, while OnStar with 4G LTE connectivity and built-in Wi-Fi hotpot is offered on all trims.
